Vivo Y6 - Power in Your Pocket!
Vivo Y6 5G is a more premium version of the existing Vivo Y6t. They do have the same Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chip, but the rest of its hardware has been upgraded. There’s still an IPS LCD here, but the Vivo Y6 5G will push the brightness all the way to 1200 nits. And the appearance gets a massive boon too, with a punch hole. The resolution and refresh rate, however, are still 720p HD+ and 120Hz. An 8MP selfie snapper is used on the vanilla Y6. The rear camera quality is also bumped with a 50MP main shooter. There’s a ring LED notification indicator next to an auxiliary lens. The SoC, of course, has a 2.2GHz CPU. They’ve wired the chip to a max 12GB RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Vivo Y6 is recorded at 8.39mm thick, but there’s a good reason for it. They’ve put a huge 7,200 mAh cell on this handset. The backup is a fast 44W charger. You are given an infrared remote and an NFC chip. They put the fingerprint ID on the power key, and Android 16 comes by default on the Vivo Y6 with Origin OS 6 skin. Vivo Y6 5G is also way more durable than the original Y6t. It has an IP68/IP69 rating with 1.7m SGS drop safety certification. And yes, it also has dual speakers (400% volume). This device does not have an AMOLED, so the price feels a bit too aggressive. Other than that, it’s easily a Samsung Galaxy A17 5G killer.
