Samsung Galaxy A08 - Offers a Fresh Look with Improved Features!
Samsung Galaxy A08 is at the entry point, the cheapest phone in the series. There’s usually a 4G and a 5G trim, so the price goes even lower. We have been gathering details about this handset, and we’ve put together this preliminary spec sheet that will be updated over time as more specs come out. But at the moment, we know that Galaxy A08 will keep the 720p HD+ resolution, probably on a PLS LCD again. We also found out from GPC that they are still making an 8GB version for this handset. There may not be a battery upgrade or a charging bump. Galaxy A08 is still expected to hit a 5000mAh ceiling and 25W charging. They are definitely going to use the Helio G99 chip on this newcomer again. 6nm platform will be quite efficient, and there are eight cores and a boost clock of 2.2GHz, so it does have true entry-tier performance. But it’s a 4G phone. There will probably be a separate 5G version, like the current A07 5G. One UI 9 is a possibility as its default OS, so you will be getting Android 17 out of the box here. Galaxy A08 will have the usual set of essentials too, like the Audio jack and SD card slot. Fingerprint ID is on the side, and there’s also a single speaker. Samsung Galaxy A08 is probably among the first few phones to get Android 17 at its price.
