mobile is good but at times touch on left side doesn't work. i have to lock and unlock then it works. sent to tecno under warranty - as per their statement, software issue was there and rectified BUT it still has this issue and screen ghosting problem.. what to do now??

I bought this mobile. Battery timing is good but it hangs when too much application are installed. Camera other features are nice

I bought it yesterday and I want to share one negative side of this mobile, when you play 720p video on youtube then result is not sharp and pixels are also not good. This is one thing which I noticed, must check it.
