Samsung announces new and affordable Galaxy Star version 2. The newly launched Samsung Galaxy Star 2 is much more focused on affordability rather than the functionality. The South Korean giant did not reveal any pricing yet but Samsung Star 2 will be much cheaper than it's predecessor Samsung Galaxy Star pro. Let's talk about the inside, as all the other new Samsung Galaxy family members the Star 2 also run on Android 4.4 KitKat with Samsung's TouchWiz Galaxy Essence UI on top of Star 2. Loaded with the dual-SIM functionality with an easy switching back and forth on your Samsung Galaxy Star 2, you'll enjoy every moment of the dual connectivity. Samsung Galaxy 2 is powered by a single-core Spreadtrum processor clocked at 1GHz, including a 2 megapixel rear camera and 512MB of RAM. Samsung Galaxy's very own Star 2 also has 4GB of inbuilt storage, further expandable up to 32G with microSD Cards. Despite being an entry level smartphone, Samsung Galaxy Star's 2 comes with sewn leather back covers and eight Gameloft games that can be downloaded anytime free of cost. Samsung Galaxy Star 2 will be available in White and Iris Charcoal colors.
