It hard to choose between Noir Z12 Pro and Note 3 Pro, both has slightly difference in performance, while Z12 Pro has Corning Gorilla Glass 3, screen protector and back covers are also available on Market. Z12 Pro has single LED flash but it has camera sensor made by Sony, which provides slow motion video.

Note 3 releasing date will be on 26th Sept, both 3G & 4G version released on the same day...

@Amir yes it has Fingerprint Scanner and expected release At the end of September. Both variant Infinix Note 3 and Note 3 Pro will be released at the same time.
