Voice Xtreme V40 is quite a useful smart phone in this range, I think its better than Qmobiles and Gfive and is the quality of Hawai and HTC. Its battery timing is 01 day (full use), with surfing and gaming (thoroughly) takes 6 hours. Camera, Processing, speeding, surfing, WIFI, Back Camera, Sound all are amazing. The only deficiency in this mobile is FRONT CAMERA which does not work well at night.
If you are going for Qmobile so then better to Voice Mobiles.

I bought VOICE V40 few days ago, here is my review.
Price was 13000, new boxed, united warranty, starting next month (so I would not suggest any one to buy it above 8000 unboxed even if it is new and with full warranty).
Screen is good, touch is very smooth, colors are reasonably good, multitouch works perfect. No jerk in normal usage. Finishing is also good, normal usage gives a battery run of two days easily.
Camera quality is average. Pic colors are good but no way an 8MP result. GPS also works fine. In 13000, I think this is a reasonable set.
