i bought it new form franchise,after 15 days the screen went black,warranty was claimed,the fone came back afetr 3 weeks with missing sim tray and mic... went back for warranty and came back after 1 month...i put it on charge and the battery is not going above 10 percent...believe it or not..its back to claim warranty...q mobile z12 was worst mobile phone experience ever and worst customer care service i ever encountered..putting it in the dustbin this time if it didnt work...dont buy this piece of shit..go for huawei oppo or hTC if on budget.
