For touch issues;
In ease of account turn off magnifier.
2. Check the option "preview for deveolper in your phone" and you will get firmware update to "14219" at the moment firmware is 14203.
This will resolve your touch issue.
Check and reply.

main yeh set 2din say use kr raha ho.. touch ka bht he mamuli ka panga hay.. woh b jst in games.. kabhi kabhi touch kam nai karta.. but microsoft nay denim 2 update main is issue ko fix kar day gay... over all set main koi zara saa b issue nai sab kuch fit hay...

this phone have touch response issues with multi-touch. you will be really annoyed when playing games or texting with this. only good thing is front facing camera. so your choice. i would say it is your precious money, save it before microsoft fixes this issue. a better more expensive but reliable option would be galaxy grand prime while for this range nokia x2 is not bad in performance on daily usage (if only you prefer better daily performance to big screen, better front camera but poor touch response)
