SALAM. I have purchased this phone recently in Rs.14,200/-. It has Very big screen and Big battery are positive points. Otherwise not good for heavy gaming. Camera Quality is also average. Baki is Price range main munasib features hain.!(Karachi)

Syed Asad Abbas .... really true... same issue with me as well... i have 4/64 variant.....consumer court is the best solution.... sue them there ... only a handwritten application along with proof is required... court will immediately call infinix.... people have calles there many electronic companies.... and got instant relief.... plz try.... 03004894881

INFINIX is FRAUD..... I was in need of a mobile phone which supports OTG so to streamline my day to day activities with ease and peace of mind after going through the official website of infinix, I found "infinix hot 9 play, 3GB 64 GB variant" suitable for my needs but unfortunately after buying it yesterday (04.08.2020) it is revealed that this phone has no OTG support. However, the same functionality is offered / mentioned on official website of infinix mobility Pakistan as well as before buying shop keeper also endorsed the same as advertised by the infinix. Now, this phone does not fullfil my requirements as well as a deceitful tactics is used to sale this product , I want my money back or the feature in phone as advertised, please guide me the procedure.
